Medjoul dates are purely a natural product, they are naturally dried on the tree. The fruit does not receive any processing. We don’t add sugars, preserving additives. Packing houses get fruit from the field, wash it, sort it and pack it. After the product goes to the freezer and is ready to be shipped. The shelf life of Medjoul dates is 24 months if they are kept at -18°C. Moisture of the fruit is 20-23%. Super Juicy is Medjoul date which is harvested when fruit has higher moisture levels.
